Return (Right of Resolution)

1. The User, if he or she is a consumer, may exercise the right of withdrawal without any compensation being required, within a period of 14 (fourteen) consecutive days counting from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good.

To exercise this right, the User must indicate all their identification data, the subscribed service they wish to purchase and the subscription date. Communication must be made by email or by letter, through the return of the purchased item, or by other appropriate means capable of proof within the period defined above.

The right to repent within 14 days – can only be exercised by a final consumer, contracts concluded between two companies are excluded.

1. a) The consumer must, within 14 (fourteen) consecutive days from the date of communication of the resolution, return the goods to ANIMATEK in the appropriate conditions of use.

1. b) After ANIMATEK is aware of the customer's intention to terminate the contract, ANIMATEK de Omnivida Unipessoal LDA. will collect the product from your home or place of work. ANIMATEK de Omnivida Unipessoal LDA is not responsible if the carrier is unable to make the collection for reasons beyond ANIMATEK de Omnivida Unipessoal LDA.

1. c) It must be taken into account that there are products excluded from the right of free resolution:

1. Collectibles, Toys, Movies, TV, CD, DVD, Software and Games:Unopened packaging and seals intact.
2. Electronics (Audio, Video, IT, etc.):Products with no signs of misuse. Return of complete item, with all its components and accessories in sealed packages, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.
3. Clothing and Accessories:Original condition and with all packaging and tags.
4. Other Products:Products with no signs of misuse. Return of the complete product, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.
